Experienced Counsel. Integrated Perspective.

ColonCIMCO Law & Consulting provides sophisticated legal and compliance guidance with the access, continuity, and responsiveness of a focused solo practice. The firm works with clients whose matters sit at the intersection of law, operations, risk, regulation, and long-term planning.

Jessica Colon brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in legal affairs, ethics and compliance, privacy, governance, enterprise risk management, investigations, monitoring, auditing, corrective action, and regulatory strategy within highly regulated global life sciences environments. Before founding the firm, she served in senior legal and compliance roles, including Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer at life sciences companies. Jessica is licensed to practice law in New Jersey.

Jessica earned her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School, her Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from New York Medical College, and her B.S. in Psychology from Northeastern University. This multidisciplinary background informs advice that is legally sound, commercially aware, and practical to implement.

Clients can expect direct attorney access, candid analysis, disciplined execution, and a strategy tailored to the matter—not a one-size-fits-all process.

  • The firm will conduct preliminary conflict screening and may request additional information before scheduling or accepting the matter.

  • If the firm accepts the engagement, the scope of services, responsibilities, fees, and next steps will be confirmed in a written engagement agreement.
